Important Notes for Applicants
Before submitting your application, please review the following information carefully:
1. Prior contact with the supervisor
Applicants are strongly encouraged to contact the supervisor by email before submitting an official application, and to include a CV and a brief research proposal. This helps ensure alignment of research interests and supervision availability. Applications submitted without prior contact may not be considered.
2. Research fit and supervision capacity
Prospective applicants are encouraged to review the laboratory’s research focus carefully to ensure alignment with their academic background and research interests before contacting the supervisor.
3. Formal admission procedures
All admissions decisions are made through the official graduate program selection process. Contacting the supervisor does not imply admission or preferential consideration.
4. Response time and communication
Due to the volume of inquiries, the supervisor may not be able to respond to all emails individually. Please allow sufficient time for responses, particularly during peak application periods.
We welcome academic collaboration with researchers and institutions worldwide. Our lab offers research opportunities for master’s and doctoral students, and also hosts visiting scholars working on topics related to sustainable urban systems.
