On October 10, 2025, Dr. Runsen Zhang was awarded an Environmental Research Grant from the Sumitomo Foundation (公益財団法人 住友財団) for the project “Prediction and Evaluation of Urban Heat Island Mitigation Effects through Nature-based Solutions–oriented Land Use Scenarios (NbSに基づく土地利用シナリオによる都市ヒートアイランド緩和効果の予測と評価)”.
We welcome academic collaboration with researchers and institutions worldwide. Our lab offers research opportunities for master’s and doctoral students, and also hosts visiting scholars working on topics related to sustainable urban systems.
